Where Can I Find A List Of California Dance Competitions?
I am the artistic driector/choreographer for a non-profit performing arts group. We have an amzing HIP-HOP class that we would like to take to competition. Does anyone know where I can find a list of Amateur dance competitions in California? Any Information you have is extremely appreciated! Thank You!
Here is, literally, the ultimate list of dance competitions. Most competitions, except for the ones offered through dance conventions, have a recreational, or newbie category that is for dancers who have never competed before. It’s probably a good idea to compete in that category, because there aren’t really "amateur" dance competitions- most are very fierce. Some good ones you should check out is Rainbow Connection, Showbiz, International Dance Challenge, Hollywood Connection, and Spotlight.
