this is my first year doing competition and i was just wondering what its like at competitions. if you’re traveling a couple hours away from where you live what do you usually do while staying there other than dancing of course. also do you have any tips for my dancing?
as for the competitions: it is an amazing feeling competing, to me it is the biggest thrill to do something that you have been practicing and seeing how it compares to others. usually i get to the competition town/city the day before- practice alot, but not to the point that makes me tired out. when i’m not dancing i go shopping, rest up, hang out with my team.
as for your dancing: its really good but you need to make sure to point your toes when you kick & jump- it looks alot cleaner. i really like your dance style though!

I am in a dance competition doing a solo. Can someone choreograph a routine for me to "stand still, look pretty" by the wreckers. I would like turns and leaps and more techniques. Its the south padre island texas competition. If you could post it as soon as possible that would be fantastic. Its a lyrical solo. intermediate level. I would like to hear from someone.
